1. right of cancellation

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. However, this right does not apply to opened or used hygiene products for health and safety reasons. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must clearly inform us by email.

2. return conditions

I - Unopened products

You can return any unopened toiletries within 14 days for a full refund, as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging.


II - Opened products

Opened hygiene products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. We ask customers to check their products immediately after receiving them and report any defects or damage without delay.

3. returning products

To start a return, contact our customer service at info@fahriamo.fi, and state your order number and the reason for the return. If the product is defective, please attach photos of the defect to expedite processing.

4. refund process

Once we have received your returned product and confirmed that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund is made to the original payment method, and its appearance on the account may vary depending on the payment method and the bank.

5. return shipping costs

If you return a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Reimbursement of costs may require a return receipt. For other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. unclaimed packages

If the customer does not pick up their order from the post machine or pick-up point of their choice within the deadline, the package will be automatically returned to us. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return costs. Return costs are deducted from the refund the customer receives for the original order. Please make sure you pick up your shipment on time to avoid extra costs.
